Mediation in family law from the perspectives of Norway and Brazil is discussed in an article by our partner Adriana Chieco, co-authored with Else-Marie Merckoll, for the Dispute Resolution Committee newsletter of the IAFL: International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Adriana is a fellow of the IAFL, a global association of lawyers specializing in family law, and a member of the Dispute Resolution Committee, which seeks to promote and enhance the understanding and practice of conflict resolution processes in family law.
